Folding of metal sheets

Folding of metal sheets is a method of manufacture for folding metal blanks (sheets, slabs) with bending equipment according to the shape that is required to be obtained. It is one of sheet metal processing methods for producing structural products, elements.

We use programmable folding machine TRUMPF TruBlend 3120.

Bending force: 1,200 kN
Bending length: 3,110 mm (depends on the thickness of the sheet and material to be bended)
Thickness of bent steel sheet: max. 10 mm.
The bending force is optimally distributed across the entire bending length to ensure high product quality. The bending press is easy to control and that ensures high performance and effectiveness.
