CNC machining
CNC machining is a mechanical method for processing/cutting metal during which a cutting tool (milling cutter, knives head) spins, while remaining stationary, or moves over the surface by spinning and removing the shave, and the processed part moves or stays at the place. The teeth of the milling cutter or knives do not cut the blank continuously, therefore, they manage to cool down slightly and namely for this reason milling at high speed is not possible.
Advantages:
high cutting efficiency;
high operating productivity;
minimum thermal impact;
no additional manual processing;
perfect precision.
